When the public prosecutor, involved in a drug-related scandal puts up for auction the material proving the corruption of the government, the leader of the opposition that is hopelessly losing the election is determined to do anything to be able to pay the highest price even if a high-risk loan is to be taken. Everything is turned upside down by the last refugee who has not yet escaped from Lithuania and who gets unexpectedly entangled into the well-orchestrated bribery mechanism. The web of irresponsibility, corruption and stupidity that has covered the top governmental institutions suddenly forms a cumbersome, unbreakable maze of lust and interests, illustrating how, according to the authors, the state of Lithuania functions. The plot of the film is inspired by real events in the political life of the country.
