Dalia Survilaitė

Filmography:

Dalia Survilaitė was born in 1978. She attended M. Biržiška’s Secondary School of Vilnius. In 1996-2001, she studied Lithuanian philology at the Faculty of Philology of Vilnius University. In 2001-2003,  she received an MA in Film and TV directing at the Lithuanian Academy of Music.

Participation in the workshops:
2002 “Twelve for the Future” in Bornholm, Denmark.
2002 “Summer Video Studio 2002” film making workshop.
2003 “ARISTA” script development workshop in Ancona, Italy.

Working experience in Film and TV:
1996-1997,  the scriptwriter for the TV show  “Gimnazistai” (“High-school students”), Lithuanian National Television.
1998, a camera assistant during the shooting of the documentary “Dzūkų kiemas” (“The Dzūkai Courtyard”) by Henrikas Šablevičius, Lithuania.
1997, a camera assistant during the shooting of the documentary  “Fedia. Trys minutės po didžiojo sprogimo” (“Fedia. Three Minutes After the Big Bang”) by Audrius Stonys, Lithuania.
1998, a camera assistant during the shooting of the documentary  “Neatėjo” (“Didn’t Come”) by Henrikas Šablevičius, Lithuania.
1999, a production trainee during the shooting of the feature film  “Laisvė” (“Freedom”) by Šarūnas Bartas, Lithuania, France, Portugal.
1999, a director’s assistant during the shooting of the feature film “Criminal Minds”, Finland.
