He studied graphic design. In 2006 he finished animation at the Vilnius Academy of Fine Arts.
He considers ALTSS as the main school of animation. He has created a film Anniversary, which was nominated for the joint ANOBA award of seven festivals of animated films in 2006. This is a recently established award for which Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Latvian, Estonian and Lithuanian film festivals each nominate a film.
